A little over a week ago you made a really horrible day so much better. As a new (8 day old!) customer to ______ I hadn’t expected to have to use the assistance programme or have any problems with my new car. I was absolutely blown away by the care and kindness I received when I called up in a bit of pickle. I was in such a mess and you sorted everything out for me including a courtesy car within an hour of speaking to you and a taxi to collect the car. You are such a credit to your company and I really hope this email gets passed on to your manager because the professionalism, efficiency and overall care you showed me as a customer, but more importantly as a person made such a difference to me. I am so very grateful.

You made the experience less daunting for me in having everything so well organised. Thanks for your professionalism and thanks also for having the replacement car delivered on time. It was arriving as I was arriving, so it was in and out of the Retailer in no time.

When my vehicle had a fault, on Monday that needed repair at a dealer, your team member contacted me to give me the details of a replacement vehicle. I asked it it was possible to have a vehicle with a tow ball to allow me to proceed on holiday later this week in case my vehicle was not repaired in time. Your team member checked all the local dealers and service centres to see if a vehicle was available. There wasn’t so I took what had initially been allocated to me. Your team member was apologetic that he had not been able to source a requested vehicle and asked me call back on Wednesday to see if anything had come free. I did so as it was obvious at this time that my vehicle was not going to be ready in time.

Your team member went above and beyond what anyone would normally expect to find a customer who was prepared to swap vehicles. He kept me up to date and even called me after he had finished his shift on Wednesday. I picked up the vehicle from my local dealer this afternoon and feel compelled to write and thank him and you for the service I have received.
